If you don't know, Tom's run a little smaller than your actual size because they are known to fit to your feet and expand a bit with use. So they will be tight at first but they will stretch to fit if you wear them a lot. If it is a one time wear, buy 1/2 size up. I just got these, they are very comfortable. I am a new mother and needed something cute and comfortable to wear seeing as I am always on my feet. Definitely worth the purchase.
