TOMS Men's Classic Canvas Espadrilles - Comfortable Slip-On Shoes for Casual Wear, Beach & Summer Outfits

The colour washed out too easily when I was cleaning this shoe! I was so shocked!Always fancied a pair of Toms but not happy to pay the price. However these were virtually half price so what had I to lose? I actually need to lose about an inch off the side of my feet if these were to fit! I don't consider myself particularly wide in the foot but I could not cram either foot into these beauties. unfortunately had to send them back. good news is that the refund came through quickly and i now have shoes that fit (Dunlop)Nice looking espadrilles at a bargain price.....but the fit is very odd!I ordered a size 9 (usually I'd take a 9.5 in trainers etc) and these are very narrow towards the front, but gape a bit towards the ankle. Because of this I put an insole in them and accepted they'd be tight at the front until they stretch out a little and that did the trick (wore them most days for a week long holiday and found them quite comfy....but like I say, that's with an insole).I'd recommend these, but I don't think they'll be for everyone.Bought a pair of these shoes a year ago and have worn them non stop since. They are great for indoor use as slippers as well as outdoors, even for mowing the lawn and going shopping (in Summer of course!). As these are now well worn, I have purchased these replacements well in advance of actually needing them as they were such a good price and available for Amazon Prime free delivery.I’m really not keen on the look of these maybe because I have an ex called Tom.. but my partner loves them and says they’re very comfortable, he wore his other ones to death, we like the fact that some profit goes towards animalsBought as a gift for hubby. Know they are good due to the brand but at the price it's even better. Hard wearing and comfy. Really pleased
