I was originally going to return these shoes as upon initial try-on they felt tight across the top of my foot. I do have a slightly wider foot. That said the shoes also have a very comfy cushion inside - upon wearing the shoes for just a bit they have loosened up and I believe the interior bottom has molded a bit to my feet. So glad I made the decision to try them out and not return. perfect casual shoe that can be worn in the business casual office. I gave them a 4 because of the initial tightness.
