husband was very happy! glad he could get the half size!Love these. Have them in green too. Too bad they don’t make them anymore.The shoes are truly beautiful, the design and fit well. Gave it a 4-star as the inside lining's a bit slippery and will need to wear socks for better support. I have the similar slippers designed by Toms that have the Faux shearling lining are have a better grip and gave a 5-star.I am on my fourth pair of Tom's now and I will continue to purchase them as long as they are around. I walk a lot (upwards of 7 miles a day) between work and play. Toms stay comfortable all day long. I will take a few days for the canvas to form around your foot, but afterwards it feels like it was made just for you. The only drawback I can see is that the sole's traction can be garbage. Walking in the rain on a brick sidewalk is like wearing skates.I had to order this slipper 2 time, first time when I order them, I thought size 7 will be the right fit, since I'm a size 6 and half, but it felt tight, so I got size 8, and it fits perfectly. Doesn't feel big and I'm more comfortable in the size 8.These are comfy, just the tiniest bit snug but that could be because I have sensitive feet. I love the feel of them. So happy I purchased.My second pair of these slippers! These are the most comfy slippers I have ever owned!I have purchased these slippers twice now, super comfortable!Always fancied a pair of Toms but not happy to pay the price. However these were virtually half price so what had I to lose? I actually need to lose about an inch off the side of my feet if these were to fit! I don't consider myself particularly wide in the foot but I could not cram either foot into these beauties. unfortunately had to send them back. good news is that the refund came through quickly and i now have shoes that fit (Dunlop)Nice looking espadrilles at a bargain price.....but the fit is very odd!I ordered a size 9 (usually I'd take a 9.5 in trainers etc) and these are very narrow towards the front, but gape a bit towards the ankle. Because of this I put an insole in them and accepted they'd be tight at the front until they stretch out a little and that did the trick (wore them most days for a week long holiday and found them quite comfy....but like I say, that's with an insole).I'd recommend these, but I don't think they'll be for everyone.I have these slippers in two colours, they are very comfortable and cute. I bought them specifically because they have an indoor/outdoor sole that can handle quick trips to take out the bins or take washing off the line, my old slippers used to get wet from grass etc.Ordered this red version for the price, less expensive than the others, but pleasantly surprised by what arrived. They are a deeper red than the stock image, I like the colour.Fit is good, I wear a 6 UK/8 US/39 EU, always buy 6 UK Toms, and find them true to size. These slippers do start off more fitted until the faux fur lining wears in a bit but they don’t lose too much.Purchased for a birthday gift for my brother. He has size 12 feet! They fit well and Tom’s love his feet!He wears steel toe-capped boots during the week and loves to wear Tom’s to give his feet a break. He has several pairs colours but agrees the sole of the alpagarta is excellent.Really like these slippers! Very soft and fluffy on the inside. Soles could have more grip.They do run small, I am a UK 4.5 and bought a 5 and they fit like a 4, they are quite snug but the more I wear them the more they break in but I would recommend sizing up especially if you're between sizes.I don't think I would have paid full price for them (around £50), I paid around £30 for them and I'm happy.
