Just got these in the mail today. They are even cuter than I expected! The taupe color is great and will match anything. The shoes do have real laces though, so you either have to tie them in a bow outside or tuck them in ... the only thing with tucking them in is there is a metal cap on the end of the strings which I think may be uncomfortable if not tucked correctly.Based on other reviews I ordered a size 6 (I usually wear a 5.5). They fit pretty good overall but are a little bit loose around the ankle. I am going to try to put an insole in them to help with that and with cushioning because there really is none. They seem pretty comfortable regardless. Can't speak to all-day comfort but they're too cute to return!I love these booties! I bought them bc of all the positive reviews, plus I love TOMS less the price tag but I figured I'd take the plunge and "invest" in a pair of shoes that I could hopefully wear often. Well I have been wearing these booties daily....I can wear them and feel great all day. They have just enough height and support for me to walk comfortably all day long. I started to track my steps to keep active and I did notice that when I try to speed walk on my breaks at work, these are not the best shoes for that....but, well....these are not Nikes, ya know? Ok so I cant run in these for 15 mins at a time....but these shoes were made walking, not exercise. Any hoot, love em, recommend them, big plus if you can get them on sale!Bought these for my daughter as a Freshman High School back to school shopping gift. When we opened the box they arrived as expected, and all was in tact. She tried on a women's 8 (her normal size) and even had some growing room in them which we wanted. The shoe is really nicely made and comfortable. The only thing that stands out on them is the stitching but if you don't mind that, buy them. I am curious to see how long they will last this school year.I love these shoes! I work in an office setting so heels are pretty common in the office. So I was looking for comfortable heels that I could wear without dreading the thought of my feet killing me at the end of the day. I did get a half size bigger than my normal size because I read that the shoes fit a little small. The only bad thing I found about the shoes is that they take a little while to put on because of the shoe laces and those undo pretty easily but it is definitely worth it. These are the most comfortable 2+ inch heels I have ever had!This is my third pair of Tom's wedges. I have a tan, blue, and now a black pair. These are the greatest shoes ever. So adorable and extremely comfortable. I work in retail and so I am constantly on my feet and these shoes are great. After about 6-7 hours, the're not as comfortable but that's almost with any shoes. I have noticed on my first pair of wedges that the comfort tends to wear off quicker with the older they are. My tan wedges I've had for over a year and they just aren't as comfortable as they once were. But I'd still give these 5 stars!These shoes are so comfortable! I wore them for the first time at a company party and they were comfortable the whole evening. I ordered both an 8.5 and a 9 and ended up keeping the 9 because they ran a little small to me. I'm not sure how well they will hold up...the suede did look a little faded even after one wear.I know a lot of people (a few of my co-workers have these shoes) claim these shoes to be super comfortable but I do not find them comfortable at all. I tend to like a softer shoe with more cushion in the sole but these are rock solid. Cute and give you some nice height but not comfortable for me.Answering the "arch support" question... since it's black or white, the shoe provides more "support" than any high heeled/wedged shoe I have had (I don't have too many of these). I naturally have high arches so it's difficult for me to find any shoe with great support. My only suggestion to those who have high arches, I would consider getting inserts...if that is something of concern to you. For me, it hasn't been bad, and the shoe is better than other dress casual shoes I have had in the past!A friend has these and after borrowing them I fell in love and had to get a pair for myself. Fit is similar to all other Toms. And while it is a wedge, they are the most comfortable wedge I have ever worn. The sole is softer so walking is cushioned and easy on the knees and ankles, even over longer distances.I ordered this half a size bigger than my usual size and it is a little too small but the shoe is so comfortable, I don’t even mind! Never had a pair of shoes as comfortable as these; I could wear them all day. If I had got a size bigger than my usual, these would be perfect.These are my new favourite shoes!
